A new door was planed and then hung using new hinges into existing holes from old door. While the alignment is fine, the hinges dont seem to be very strudy so would like them moved down, countersunk on door and jamb with new holes so it attaches properly. Handles and locks have already been affixed. Door is just a wooden from bunnings - standard sizing

1. Hang small curtain rail in bedroom 2. Put new door handle on the bedroom door 3. Outdoor courtyard gate gets stuck in winter- so trim down a bit 4. Put a waterproof seal around the bathroom sink and along the edge of the bathroom vanity where it joins the wall to prevent water leaking in to the wall Laundry taps are leaking so new washers perhaps

Old mouldy hinged door on backyard shed needs removing, new heavy door needs planing and hanging to replace it. We have no planer or saw for this, so we need a handy man to.

The cupboard in question is in the centre island. It is opened by pulling out and then sliding it back on top of the microwave. The door now jams when attempting to close.

Bifold cupboard door has come off as the hinges snapped. I have bought new hinges, but needs to be attached to the doors. The cupboard door wood has split at the joint attachment point (see photo).

Minor repair and rust seal / waterproof to plaster work near window. Looks like old water damage. Unsure if leak still present. Needs rust treatment and plaster work repaired for painting.
