Paving needs to be fixed

I moved into a place and the window doesn’t shut fully. Seems to get stuck on frame and leaves a gap. Not really sure what the fix is here. Need someone to come have a look and possibly quote a solution. Price doesn’t include the repair if possible.

I’m looking to get a dog door installed into glass in my home

Looking for a carpenter or someone with good carpentry skills and tools (jigs/door install kit etc.) to remove old door and install a replacement door. Replacement door, hinges and door lever/striker plate etc. already purchased from Bunnings and onsite. May just need some metals screws (Bunnings Osborne Park is a few streets away). Its a light weight, hollow door with two hinges, door frame is metal. No painting required, owner will do this. Property is in Joondanna. Can be done weekday or weekend. See photos attached:
