Rats have chewed threw a corner of a door frame in an unusual stair case. Tried blocking it with expanding foam but they ate straight through it. Need something solid installed to Block it. About 5cm by 5cm.

One side of the garage door has come out of the rail. Need to be fixed. Seems like a relatively easy fix but I don't have the right tools. Looks like you need to open some bolts, here the door back into the rails and then bolt it back. Happy to pay for a 2 hour job. If something extra props up, can pay more.

The holes on wooden panel of the bathroom vanity do not hold the screws as they disintegrated over time. I will need to get it fixed in the next 10 days. I am okay with using other hinges as long as it’s fixed and I can open the door properly / the door still attaches to the vanity.

Looking for a local handy man or carpenter that can fix a back door that is not closing. The door and locks are new but due to movement within an old house the door isn’t closing.
