My sliding is not locking

i want to setup the automatic garage door system install

Our automatic garage door opener needs a repair, as the chain has detached from the sprocket. We have a user manual, but lack the tools and expertise for DIY.

Put on screen mesh to 2 screen doors, reassemble locks and hang the doors (they were taken down to respray)

Need to close two dog doors . One on laundry door and other on side panel of back yard door. As shown in picture.

Door is broken badly and needs replacing

I have a spare room / office without a door. I would like someone to come in and install a door frame and door (finished and painted etc) so that I can close off that room.

Garage door balance only. No other maintenance required. Door is not held open when open manually. - Flexible on timing

Door is 60 cm wide and full length. Has 4 hinges. Bottom two hinges have broken and need to be replaced and door re-hung. At moment door is now off kilter and won’t close. It’s Formica type door.

Replace/remove current internal door (2040x 820 x 35) replace with Bunnings solicore and new hardware. New door same size as existing so no changes to frame. Collect door from Bunnings Erina (drive through organised and prepaid). - Due date: Before Sunday, 16 April 2023
