The lift mechanism’s axle has sheared off, and when we tried to open the door (not knowing it was damaged), the pulley wires jumped off their spools and got tangled under a panel. This created uneven tension, and the door now won’t move without risking further damage. We managed to get it closed for security, but the panels and runners experienced some twisting/flexing. The door has been disconnected from power to prevent further attempts to open or close it. We’d love to reuse the existing panels and parts if they’re still in good shape - happy for you to inspect and advise. The lift motor was replaced about 18 months ago, so we’d appreciate quotes both with and without a new motor, depending on whether the current one is suitable.
