The panel of my passenger front door is loose

I have two wardrobe door and one normal door that I need to have a few mm taken off due to new carpet being put in.

One of my windows isn’t functioning properly. The spring-loaded channel balance on the side of the sash has come loose at the bottom. The plastic shoe that should stay engaged with the sash has slipped out of place, so the sash is no longer supported. As a result, the window feels heavy to lift and won’t stay open on its own. The balance has the marking “36 40” stamped on it, which I understand is the size/weight rating.

Remove old broken mirror from door which is adhered on. Then hang new mirror in its place. The new mirror is missing a bracket so will need a new one.
