Fixing the door handles for bathroom and kitchen doors

I have bought new handles (latches) for two doors. I need someone to fit the the new handles to the the doors. A metal plate on one door will need to be removed. On the other door the old handle was opening upwards. It would be good if this could be updated so that it opens by pushing the door handle downwards instead of up.

Bathroom door handle not working correctly and kitchen door handle needs replacing. I think its best to install new doors for each so have updated this task. If someone can assist me with measuring up and telling me what to buy from bunnings then installing and fitting the doors for me with door handles please. I am at home today and this Friday. I will pay for materials separately

The top panel of sash window has suddenly collapsed and fallen down. It won’t stay up. Please fix.

Front door isn’t closing properly. You have to lift it slightly when shutting it, otherwise it doesn’t latch and pops open straight away.

We’re looking to have someone (likely 2 people) hang an 3Mx2.5M awning outside. It weighs 300gs/m and will be going into our concrete wall.

The panel of my passenger front door is loose

I have two wardrobe door and one normal door that I need to have a few mm taken off due to new carpet being put in.

One of my windows isn’t functioning properly. The spring-loaded channel balance on the side of the sash has come loose at the bottom. The plastic shoe that should stay engaged with the sash has slipped out of place, so the sash is no longer supported. As a result, the window feels heavy to lift and won’t stay open on its own. The balance has the marking “36 40” stamped on it, which I understand is the size/weight rating.

I need a door removed off its hinges to get a bed into the bedroom and help setting the bed up. It is a simple ensemble. Door put back on afterwards. Thanks.

There aren't any key details ....

Remove old broken mirror from door which is adhered on. Then hang new mirror in its place. The new mirror is missing a bracket so will need a new one.

The doors have swollen slightly so cannot close fully. Need these to be sanded back on sides so they can close. I can repaint afterwards

To hang an outdoor wall mirror. Will require appropriate tools to professionally install onto concrete wall. Mirror is designed to be outside so it’s heavy (say 10kg +) for which I could assist to help with. It is about 100cm x 150cm in size.
