I have just installed a new door on the back garage and need someone to fit the door handle as I don’t have the tools to do it myself.

I have a few maintenance items at a rental property in Cranbourne that need attention. Could you please let me know your availability to quote or repair the following: Kitchen: Faucet is loose/coming off and leaking from the base/under-sink. Needs repair or replacement. Sliding Door: Main sliding door is sticking and very difficult to track/operate. Bathroom: Install a mesh cover or backdraft damper on the exhaust fan to stop insects entering. Windows: Replace broken curtains with new blinds in the Kitchen, Master, and Bedroom 3. I can provide the tenant’s contact details for access once we confirm a time.

One of the door handle needs to be fixed

Remove old door and jamb and install custom door with jamb and architrave. Job is located in Clyde. The door I have is a 1200 x 2040 and but need it trimmed down to 1020 so 40mm trimmed each side which will fit the opening and a 5mm gap on each side. The sides of the door are 140 in width. The same lock on the old door can be used. The door and jamb will need to be stained. I will supply stain/varnish and door. Door jamb w/sill and wind moulding, 3 x hinges, architrave will need to be purchased. If the same architrave can be used then use it. The architrave will need to be painted on the inside. The top of the door will need to be covered, even some plywood and stain it. Compare photos.

We have a haier dishwasher. HDW15F3S1/HDW15F3B1 - unit was purchased Jan 2024 While it was open, my son has fallen over it and landed on the door. The door isn't snapped off but it doesn't close fully now/therefore doesn't operate. I'd imagine a hinge inside is just bent but don't want to start pulling it apart You can see on one side of the door it is connect and the other side sits out a few mm further Dishwasher is only 6 months old.
