Pry Mirror off cabinet door. Don’t care if the mirror breaks as long as it’s no longer on the cabinet door. The mirror is small and is only 23*70cm. Can remove cabinet door if easier to work with.

Need a handyman to purchase and install a door handle/latch on an apartment door.

I need all 4 inside door handles installed in my apartment. 3 have privacy latch kits (bedrooms and bathroom) and one is a regular door handle with no latch (kitchen). The old door handles have been removed as you can see in the pictures. One thing to note is that the hole for the old latches is round (2nd photo) and the new ones are square (3rd photo) so this may need to be drilled again to make them fit. The strike plates are also slightly smaller in the new kit, I'm not sure if this is a problem, but if it is I will need your advice on how best to install these.

Install a barn door track and door. Door and hardware has already been purchased. Install track onto brick rendered wall. Install hardware to door. Install floor guide and soft close mechanism. Hang door. The door is a plywood panel and is quite heavy. The cupboard door of our sideboard has fallen off. The holes it has been screwed into inside have worn away, so will need something to reinforce them (both top and bottom) The hinges on the door still function.

Old apartment, require someone who knows windows to replace draft stoppers in a couple of windows to improve insulation. There is a bit of light corrosion so it’s been a bit tricky for me to remove the old glue and re fit properly feel like someone with the right tools will be able to get it sorted. Two windows, about 800x1200 each. If I can also get someone who knows how to improve insulation given how thin the glass is, and can clean the channels and frames while they’re at it, I’ll pay additional. Tighten springs on garage doors I tried this myself but didnt have the knowhow or tools appropriate. Ended up having to put back together but incorrectly. Id say pretty quick job for someone handy.

2 x standard internal doors that have dropped. Need to be adjusted or rehung as they are scraping floor and not catching lock properly.
