Hello Our garage door is suddenly not opening more than about 5-10 CMS. The motor still works, it's just not opening properly. It has a Meross wifi door opener attached to it, but that's been working fine for months so is not the cause of the issues. Would like to get someone to inspect and fix. Thanks!
