We have also need someone to brick up where the 2 door frames were and again, render and plaster. The ceiling will need patching and cornice. There is also be some similar future work which is to be discussed, as we need a door frame removing, opening widening, bulkhead removed and patched. Not sure exactly on pricing and don't want to offend anyone so please send offers.
