#1. Balcony glass sliding door needs replacement rollers asap. Door not sliding on rollers damaging runner. Door heavy and large- x2 men to remove door to replace runners. (we could get assistance possibly to help) #2. Master bedroom both window & security screen retaining rivets are sheared off and need replacing asap. Only held in by weight of glass, and could possibly be blown out by high wind force or high negative pressure. #3. laundry glass window held in by half a sheared rivet. All the apartments window glass and security screen retaining rivets need or are due for replacing. Due to corrosion. #4. All the security screens rattle, apartment is exposed to east and southerly wind. A quick and easy fix to stop noise & movement. #1. Master bedroom’s top of aluminium window frame is loose from the wall, movement 1-2 inches. Needs couple heavy duty screws to re- fix aluminium window frame to wall. (possibly not even attached at top) #2. 2nd bedroom security screen has a screw that needs removing to allow window to open / close. #3. A few retaining rivets for the window and security screens throughout apartment are overdue and some have corrosion and could be done at same time. - Due date: Flexible

DETAILS Handy work; Put together 3 flat packs in nursery & attach new handles, fix 2 x book shelves to walls, attach 2 x windows to cubby house window frames, & shave down door side from swelling throughout wet period. Looking at approx 3-4 hours work MUST BE DONE By end of day Saturday - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17 June 2022
