Need mosquito netting fixed on two windows. Loose and old

The steel grill has ripped apart and needs to be drilled back together and to the outer shell of the window

Each security grill is located on ground floor. Job can be completed from outside of apartment. Grills to be removed and left at base of windows/walls on outside of apartment. We are having FLYSCREENS installed on Thursday night. Job must be completed prior to THURSDAY 4pm Each grill has 4 nuts and bits. I just cannot remove bolts from wall, as per picture. Need help! I will reinstall grills after flyscreen installation

My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

The louvres are not closing properly and need to be realigned so that they shut securely.

Changed to block out curtains and they are too heavy for the curtain tracks and have fallen down. 1. Tracks are from IKEA were secured to the Gyprock. They need to be drilled into the metal frame and secured. (3 x 1400mm tracks) require securing. There are included IKEA securing devices pictured that lock into the track by turning them 90 degrees. If you have a better securing method, happy to hear your idea. Ceiling is gyprock on a metal frame suspended, see photo of aluminium. 2. Window locks are all loose. May need re drilling and securing with correct screws into the aluminium frame. (4 x window locks). Pictures attached. Any questions please ask.

Broken wooden window frame when trying to open the window. The mechanism got stuck and ripped the wood apart. Need a short-term solution such as hinges to replace the mechanism since the window will be completely replaced next year during renovations. - Due date: Before Thursday, 17 November 2022

Rehang back door and install lock (internal only). Lintel just been replaced. Door was already unbalanced but now worse after rains. Also can’t get screw out of existing lock to reposition it. Also two windows appear to have swollen after rains. Double hung very hard to open, and can’t close the middle casement window.

Drill a window latch into window frame. Drill and screws required. Sydney city location. Old broken latch and new latch in place (undrilled) pictured. 12pm-3pm only - task should take 5 minutes but have work and unavailable other times. $100 firm, previously booked task without latch for that amount but tasker had other jobs come up/was unavailable.

On third floor of apartment block side passage. Drainage and style need to be discussed. Kath
