I have a window which doesn’t close properly. The window can close shut but it leaves a gap on the top part. I don’t know if the problem is within the hinges as when it’s open you can push it up so it might be lower than it needs to be. I tried contacting the manufacturer which is “REHAU” but the company doesn’t exist anymore. Please let me know what the problem could be and if it’s possibile to fix without changing the whole window. Thank you
I had the impression Timothy was in a rush and just wanted to find the most convenient solution for him to get out as soon as possible. In the end after I told him I wasn’t happy with his first attempt he tried some else but not as helpful as I thought he would be. He didn’t really refine the job until the end but asked me if I could finish it up. I thought it was weird for the price I was paying. I won’t call him again if I need.

I have some pretty bad wood rot in my outdoor courtyard. Want to sell my house so need to patch all the holes and maybe a few pieces of timbre need replacing. Prob a couple of full days worth of work I am guessing. Do you just do an hourly rate? Happy to pay you for two full days and see how much you can get done. What is the cost per hour?
