The current balcony waterproofing system has failed and requires rectification. I’m looking for an experienced and qualified waterproofing contractor to inspect and rectify the waterproofing of an existing outdoor balcony. The balcony was constructed by a previous owner many years ago. It appears that the original construction did not include an adequate waterproofing membrane or proper drainage/guttering system. I would like to have the balcony properly waterproofed and the drainage issues addressed to prevent water penetration and potential damage to the structure below.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
