Total lay area is 8.5m2 (600 x 600 tiles, room is 4.25m x 1.7m with 300mm high tile skirt needed on 4.25m length). Floor is currently 19mm structural fibre cement sheet. No drain in floor. Aluminium angle required between existing floor boards and tile transition. Tiles are on site and job is ready to go.

I'm looking to waterproof my shower area properly. Whole bathroom is roughly 4m x 2m. The shower area has tiles which are like 60x30cm, and are connected to the main bathroom floor with no door. Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.
