Mould issue on the bottom floor of 3 story townhouse. The bottom floor is build into a hill (masonry blocks facing soil, then plasterboard which has become mouldy. Attached some pics of impacted rooms, and the front/side of the house: 1. The rear walls can’t be accessed from outside. It’s facing into the hill and top floors extend further back. 2. The side wall is partially into hill of driveway. 3. The rear wall plaster appears to be immediately in front of cement bricks, the side walls I assume there’s a wooden frame there but haven’t looked behind the plaster Need someone that has experience with similar situations. I think we need: 1. Remove plaster 2. Apply layers of waterproofing bitumen 3. Apply layer of breathable render and paint, or replace plaster

Prepare and waterproof laundry concrete slab floor ready to be tiled. Approximately 4sqm. Must be able to provide formal certification of installation compliance to Australian Standards.

My upstairs tiled shower is leaking through to the ceiling below when in use. The grout on the shower floor has cracked, and a plumber has advised that the waterproofing membrane underneath may not have been installed properly, causing water to seep through. I am looking for an experienced and licensed tiler/builder to: • Inspect the shower and confirm the source of the leak • Advise whether this can be repaired locally or requires full shower floor removal • Provide a quote for proper rectification The shower is tiled (no shower tray). The leak only occurs when the shower is used. Please only respond if you have experience with waterproofing and shower rectification work.

Need to rip off tiles and waterproof shower. I believe they tiled over the previous tiles on the base so there could be two layers on floor. Shower screen to be kept. No need to quote for new tiling will get separate quote for that. Shower 160x90cm Have no idea on cost so please quote.
