Bathroom tiling and waterproofing

I have a bathroom leak issue and water has been leaking through to the ceiling downstairs. I am looking for a handyman to fix the problem. There are two suspected leak areas: 1. Behind the toilet. 2. Cracked silicone/grout between bathroom tiles. I have had a plumber inspected and identified that: 1. There are no waterproof tiles behind the toilet. The leak is likely coming from this area. 2. Water is travelling through the structure and appearing on the downstairs ceiling. 3. The toilet needs to be removed to inspect and identify the exact leak source. Scope of work: 1. Remove the toilet and identify leak source 2. Repair the confirmed leak as required (e.g., pipe connections, waterproofing) 3. Remove old silicone and apply waterproof silicone to floor tiles 4.
