We need a licensed plumber to assess and repair a leaking shower in our Kensington unit. Strata has already arranged a plumber to test the shower tray and pipework—both passed with no leaks. However, the internal shower walls have been flagged as original and the waterproofing has failed, causing water damage to the opposite wall (bubbling paint, photos attached). We need: • On-site inspection of internal shower wall • Removal of wall lining as needed • Re-waterproofing and repair of affected wall areas • Advice on any tiling or follow-up work required This is owner-responsibility work (not covered by strata), so we are seeking a reliable and experienced plumber to carry out the job.
