Hire a professional washing machine repair service in Wooloowin

My Stirling washing machine needs a service and maybe repair. It works perfectly fine on any cycle, but there is next to no water going into the drum to actually wash my clothes. Most likely just needs a pump clean out. Aldi contractors charge $189 just to look at it, and that's without a service or repair, which is absolutely robbery. Need done ASAP.

Chasing someone who can supply and install a floor drain for a washing machine. I have a cabinet that will cover it and hide the hoses but would still like a neat setup like the attached picture if possible? But im open to suggestions... Taps have been fitted now so i only need the drain
