It is not draining out water and it is showing error code E4

I've just moved house yesterday and my removalists said they've connected the washing machine, but it's leaking water which isn't the norm. I'm figuring it probably hasn't been connected properly. Slight problem though, I'm not able to physically move this to check (pain). I just need someone to check for me that it's connected properly.... so small job. It will probably only take a couple of mins or so.

Move stacked washing machine and dryer out of alcove. Remove bars locking drum in position. Replace back into alcove once washing machine has been tested. Will need 2 people to move the machines.
