Blocked washing machine - not draining

I own the fridge, washing machine and dryer in my house so and I have a disrespectful housemate. I want to ensure only myself and the other house mate have access to the appliances that I own and paid for myself.

Area on landing where washing machine is we want to enclose , so make storage cupboard . Laundry cupboard 1.6m (wide), 0.9m (deep), 2.6m (max height). Tounge & groove with either sliding or bifold door. Shelving inside.

I have a second front-loader washing machine that needs to be connected to the same cold tap as the other machine using a Y-connector. The second waste pipe can be connected to the same pipe (spare spigot on pipe, but it does need to be drilled out) under the sink behind the adjoining wall (washing machines are in the garage, current machine connects to drain through a hole in the wall to underneath the sink of the downstairs bathroom which was originally the laundry). Second hole will need to be cut out of the wall for the second machine's waste pipe to pass through. Have already bought the 3/4" washing machine Y-connector and a clamp. See photos for under-sink setup and current setup for single washing machine on other side of that same wall.

No hot water tap for the washing machine. The laundry is on the back deck, and the house is raised with the hot water system under the house, just need the plumbing and tap installed. And we also need the fridge plumbing set up for ice and water dispenser. Can be done next week but would love it done asap.

Extend washing machine drain hose which is currently too short, add suitable hose clamp(s) to ensure secure. Also add hole in cabinetry so we can attach the hot water hose to the washing machine. Currently can only get cold water, power and the drain hose in. Machine is LG WV9-1412W Ideally available today 3rd Sept or tomorrow 4th Sept
