Hire a professional washing machine repair service in Chermside

Hi, I have recently moved and for some reason my washing machine doesn’t appear to be getting cold water now. . Not sure it was put in correctly by removalist. I believe the cold water tap is on. Just need someone savvy who knows washing machines to play with the tap and check back of machine to see if can get cold water going. If major issue I’ll get an official repair person. Hoping a very quick job.

Im pretty sure the drain is blocked in my waahing machine. Its not doing a full cycle properly and when I open the door it is still full of water. Please help!
