I recently moved into a new apartment. When I first turned on the washing machine, water started to leak out the bottom. Not sure what the issue is, but seems like a a water valve or water pipe is cracked, broken, or not connected properly. Need a plumber/someone that can fix washing machines to come over and either fix it or tell me it's unfixable and that I need a new one. Washing machine: ALTUS AFL700W

Washing machine has stopped draining, have tried turn on and off at the power point however no luck

Tap adjustment (bathroom): There’s a wall-mounted water tap that’s not running properly — I need it to flow so I can connect it to a mini washing machine inlet hose.
