Tap adjustment (bathroom): There’s a wall-mounted water tap that’s not running properly — I need it to flow so I can connect it to a mini washing machine inlet hose. Disconnect and remove top loading washing machine and dispose. Washing machine is in external laundry and there are some steps down from street level.
