Hire a professional washing machine repair service in Homebush West

I bought a second-hand washing machine from Facebook Market Place. Unfortunately, it doesn't quite fit in the area it needs to do. This "area" is a European laundry room/ closet with bi-fold doors. With the bi-fold doors open, the washing machine will fit inside the area if placed on some type of platform that is higher than the tracks for the door. I have off-cuts of wood, bricks and other materials, but I am unable to manoeuvre the washing machine up onto these supports and into place by myself. ALTERNATIVELY, if anyone has a longer hose, there is a bracket on the wall (from our old drier). I also need help connecting the hose as the fixture is too tight for me to undo. Can anyone help with this task tonight? Desperately need to do washing 😅 Located in a ground floor apartment (owned) in Homebush West

Everytime we use it water is coming out at the bottom part, but still working perfectly is just the water is coming out at the bottom pary of washing machine.
