My washing machine is leaking from drain. Need someone to fix this

LG front load 7.5 kg washing machine, which was perfectly working till now. Today suddenly it started making very loud noise and clothes were not washed and all water came out when I opened the machine. Washing machine wont drain during a wash cycle. 5c error keeps coming up. I've tried draining through emergency drain tube but water doesn't come out so I've had to empty the water through the pump filter. I've cleaned the pump filter as well as inside the machine (pump filter barely had any debris). So thinking there is something blocking the emergency drain tube? I don't know and don't know how to unblock this either. **budget is obviously flexible for the right price**

Bought a new washing machine and the people from Harvey Norman tried screwing the machine pipe to the laundry tap. But the tap threads is slightly smaller than the pipe’s end(they said it’s the standard size) and hence it’s not screwing (if that makes sense). Need help to fix the issues. Happy to negotiate the price. Thank you
