Clearing & Busboy Duties: Promptly collect used glasses, plates, and cutlery throughout the dinner party to keep tables clear. End-of-Evening Pack Down: Take all used items, glassware, and tableware to the kitchen. Help pack down tables, chairs, and Lazy Susans. Requirements: Previous waiting/hospitality experience required. You will also help me clear glasses and plates and run the dishwasher as needed. There will be ~120 guests. We have a mechanical bull + Big Dons Smoked Meats catering so it should be a fun night.
