Serving staff to fill drinks and pass food around at a Melbourne Cup rooftop event. Having a family and friends birthday function with approx 35 adults and 6 kids and require 1 very capable, friendly and organized person to assist with arranging food, clean up, etc. Finger food is being catered for but just needs re-heating up in oven and arranging onto trays and table. No need to serve unless feel the need to. Person I am looking for would have had experience with a function on their own. Someone who is very well presented, motivated, friendly and works well on their own. Being a home party I don’t envisage much stress as everyone is friendly and accommodating but I would like whoever comes along to take initiative and do what needs doing without being asked all the time.
