In my garage, it has concrete flooring, and I'm looking to lay down a layer of vinyl flooring, which I will purchase from Bunnings. The area is 27 m², and I need someone to come in and assist laying down this vinyl flooring on top of the concrete in the garage (extra would include helping to assemble a bed frame and desk which is still packed away)

Looking for an experienced flooring installer to install timber vinyl planks to my downstairs area and install matching new nosings and risers to an internal staircase. I’ve included photos of the areas currently and an AI mockup of how i’m wanting it to look. Scope: * Install vinyl planks over existing tiled floor (approx. 36m²) with appropriate primer and adhesive * Cut back existing bullnose stair edges to create a flat, square profile * Install matching stair nosings and risers to stairs * Caulk all perimeter edges, stair stringers and other visible gaps for a neat, finished appearance * Clean, professional finish with neat transitions * Install new floor trim where vinyl plank meets a different tiled floor Stair details: * 12 treads (matching nosings provided, example photo of their profile attached) * 14 risers * 1 landing I will supply: * Vinyl planks * Matching stair nosings * I will also fully clear and clean the floor area ready for you to begin Installer to supply: * Adhesives / primer * Tools and consumables * Caulk Please only apply if you have experience installing vinyl flooring and nosings on stairs. Replace vinyl planks. Leveller base has cracked, needs replacing and planks reglued to floor. I have planks. Approximately 4 to 6 need replacing.

Help me lay vinyl planks on my floors very small house only doing kitchen living and dining

Must have experience in vinyl sheet flooring installation. I will provide vinyl sheeting and no need for any floor preparation or removal. Just want it lay on top and sealant on edges. Room is approximately 2.27x1.83. This week any day is flexible and early or late start all ok though if you could advise date.
