We are needing subfloor prep & vinyl sheet install for a small shop space located in Tarragindi, Brisbane. The Area for the job is approx. 10m2 The shop Currently has Solid timber flooring (looks like Ironbark) that is and all the walls / ceiling are plastered. The plan would be to keep the timber for the majority of the store for retail use & have the Vinyl sheet for the back of the space to be food approved. We’d be looking at: Vinyl sheet (R12 slip rating) for 4260mm width x 2200mm deep (approx. 9.4m2) with coving for the sides and back + transition to the timber at the front edge (full 4260mm width) Please find attached a photo of the space + a quick floor plan I drew up for reference of what we would like. I’ve had luxury vinyl planks installed throughout the lounge, dining and kitchen areas, however I was advised it did not need to be glued down by the tradeperson and I’ve since found out it should’ve been. I need someone to apply the adhesive. I also would like the floor to be extended into the laundry and walk in pantry. I have the flooring already, I can supply the adhesive as well if you can advise the correct one to buy. Note the skirting has been removed from the entire area and kick boards not yet installed in the kitchen
