Lay vinyl planks(Majority second hand), approx 30m2. Upstairs in townhouse On yellow tongue floor base Floor has been sanded, minor scrapping may be required. Minor floor levelling may be required in one spot at staircase. 1x stair edge to be completed.

Patch work to repair commercial kitchen vinyl flooring. Overtime kitchen equipment has left concrete floor under exposed, need flooring to be impervious for food safety requirements.

Approx. 4m² of glued down vinyl plank flooring needs to be removed. The planks are firmly stuck down and difficult to lift, so please bring a sturdy metal scraper or spatula, as well as a heat gun or iron to help loosen the adhesive. Careful, clean work is essential. Must take extra care to protect the surrounding cabinets and surfaces.

I have a 7.5M*7.5M space that needs flooring removed. Its in the style of wood floor (planks) and needs to be taken up. It is glued down but comes up easy enough. If possible remove as much glue as possible and also get rid of the waste. I can provide a dump voucher.
