The hinge where the toilet seat is raised and lowered from has displaced an cracked - in not sure if it needs replacing or can be fixed.

One of the hinges on the toilet seat is loose, making the seat and lid wobbly. It looks like the mounting may just need tightening or adjusting, but I’m not sure how to access or secure it properly or what parts needed.

I need a toilet seat fixed, I have tried removing the top and tightening the screws and the screw would not tighten, need someone to come fix it, ideally need a screw replaced.

I require 4 odd jobs to be fixed using your own tools. 1. Fix hand rail. my son swung on the rail causing the screws to bow. I believe the wall fixing is still there. Your own screws are required. 2. Remove exsisting toilet seat and install a new one. For some reason I am unable to remove the bottom fixing existing screws. (The new toilet seat and under fixing screws will be provided see picture attached) Please assist with securing the toilet flush button as it has become loose. 3. Install new toilet roll holder in plaster wall. The existing spot where the toilet holder was had been damaged so slight plastering and painting required. I’m providing the new toilet roll holder and screws, wall paint and multi purpose joint compound for plastering (unless you can provide another material more appropriate) 4. Install hand towel holder in plaster wall. I will be providing the towel roll holder and screws.

- Change toilet cistern and toilet seat cover. Current toilet is Caroma Trident. Please advise which toilet cistern and seat cover will fit. - Replace baseboard behind toilet bowl. - Replace bathroom exhaust fan. - Replace front gate lock - Fix leaking toilet bowl (water keep leaking into toilet bowl slowly) - Add or replace 1 door lock as the current door has no lock. Please advise type of lock. I will supply materials where possible.
