We have a concealed cistern which was continuously running. We need Plumbing expert to repair existing one or replace it. Make is Ideal Standard. We are flexible with time. Obviously we will pay for all parts.

Elevated pipework/ drainage: Run elevated 100mm DWV with provision for vent, FWG, shower, basin, WC & kitchen.  Excavate to locate sewer main to connect into. Water services: Rough in pex tempered & cold lines for all fixtures including new hot water system.  Cold feed to be drawn off current main line near laundry. Supply & install new 125L HWU with all associated valves & pipework. Fit off:  Allowance for 6hrs labour.

Just need valve removed from tap and plug added.

Small plumbing jobs need done at home in Baringa. This includes replacing our existing toilet jetspray (Bidet) with a new one. Picture attached.

Found leak in bottom cupboard beside dishwasher. Leaking somewhere (taps now turned off until sorted), plus slow leak under sink (separate matter). Would like someone to attend and resolve both issues. 3rd attempt so would love it fixed properly once and for all. Thanks :)

Pulled the basin tap apart to get the mixer part number for replacement and the bottom part of the cartridge was cracked and immediately went to pieces. Need someone to install a new mixer tap as this will be the quickest option. Happy to go get one from Bunnings or you can supply. The current look is in the photos if we can get close ish.

Needing someone urgently. Hot tap on shower does not produce any water, tap turns without issue, doesnt feel stiff or loose, just no water. But cold is working fine. The shower taps are not mixers. When pressure was applied to tap whilst turning, hot water would work but now that trick doesn't work when we do it either. Prior to the hot water stopping, the shower head had a constant leak too On top of this problem the fittings i.e shower head and railing are had it, they're aged and were plastic. We have brought a new shower head and rail set we would like fitted when this job is done Assuming it's a washer on the tap seens the tap spins on easily but doesn't produce water.
