We have wooden floorboards with some damage from our kids. 2x decent chips and one scrape/scratch (all pictured). All 3 on different floorboards. One photo is just a general photo of our floors to give you an idea of the type of floorboards/stain colour etc (evidently I know little about floor boards)

There is a couple of black spots with water damage arround the house on our engineered floor timber. Maybe you can do your magic by painting the floor or replacing a couple of boards.

The cleaners we had hired had damaged the engineered floor board (see photos) due to the chemicals they had used to clean the kitchen counter tops and stove. We require a flooring specialist to sand and seal the floor area in the kitchen (roughly 3.5m x 1.5m). Required materials and appliance must be provided by the service provider. We the property is located in Fawkner. We need this done ASAP.

I have a small job in tullamarine which is installing 2m2 of recycled timber flooring in a kitchen where a wall was removed. There is also approx 3m2 of existing Timber Flooring which, is what was a laundry, and is now becoming a pantry. The existing timber needs to be removed and reinstalled with recycled timber. It's all Tas Oak.
