Find a local timber flooring profesional in Caulfield North

Looking for someone to build a simple, low-profile timber deck along the left side fence of a paved courtyard (see photo). Scope of works: - Build a straight timber deck approx. 800mm wide - Length approx. 3m (along existing garden bed) - Deck to be built over current soil/garden strip - Low height - ideally flush or slightly above existing pavers - Clean, simple finish Construction: - Timber frame with decking boards on top - Deck should be supported independently (e.g. small pads/feet), not relying on existing pavers Site conditions: - Existing area is a narrow garden bed next to pavers - Soil base (will need minor prep/levelling) - Easy access via side path - Timber fence alongside Materials: - Please include materials (treated pine or similar suitable for outdoor use) - Open to hardwood upgrade options depending on cost - Basic ground prep (weed mat / crushed rock) Interested also build bench seat. Not sure if we should adjust pivot hinge, or remove/adjust the rubber on the bottom of the door, or re-do the timber floor. Jammed part is particularly linked to the bottom right side of the door if we’re facing outside.

need a carpenter or handy man to screw down floor sheets (with carpet over)to timber joists where there are squeaks. this can be done through the carpet by breaking off the top of the scoured screws. (see this on utube) I have approx 50 of these special screws you will need a very good -sensitive stud/joist finder.

Existing timber floor requires sanding back and refinishing with water based coating system. Approx 147m2 in total Quotes welcome

Lookig for an estimate for repairs on floorboards where there have been some scrapes and scratches caused by a fridge moving in the kitchen. I've attached some photos.
