Renter has reported a crack in the grout in the shower (the hallway side of the shower), one of the tiles is slightly loose, and the tiles at the top aren't flat against the wall. We are concerned about water getting in behind the tiles through the crack in the grout, and need some new grout applied.

I had a water leak in my laundry and as a result had to remove my tiles to allow for the floorboards underneath to dry. Most of the glue has been removed and cleaned from the floorboards.
