I’m looking for an experienced professional to fully remove and replace the silicone sealant in my shower, and also re-grout the bathroom floor and the adjacent wall tiles. The current silicone was applied poorly and has collected dirt and mould over time (see photos). I’d like everything refreshed to a high, clean, professional standard. Scope of work: Silicone Removal & Resealing Please remove all existing silicone sealant around: • ✓ Floor tile edges • ✓ Wall–floor joints • ✓ Vertical wall corners • ✓ Shower screen base and edges Then: • Thoroughly clean and prepare all joints (remove mould, grime, soap scum) • Ensure the area is properly dried before resealing • Re-apply high-quality, mould-resistant bathroom silicone • Mask all joints and tool silicone cleanly for a neat, professional finish • Ensure all edges are sealed evenly to prevent leaks and future mould buildup Re-Grouting • Remove old grout from: • ✓ Entire bathroom floor • ✓ Adjacent wall tiles (where needed around the shower area) • Re-grout using mould-resistant, waterproof bathroom grout • Ensure smooth, even application and clean finish • Seal grout if required/recommended Looking for someone with proven bathroom sealing and re-grouting experience.
