Find a professional tiler in Wantirna

We’d really like to renovate our bathrooms and kitchen in the most cost efficient way possible. We’re looking to break and build the house in 2 years time so don’t want to spend too much money on the renovations. But need the place to look nice and functional until then for tenants. Happy to either have tiles placed above the existing tiles if that’s easier or new tiles put in. Nothing too fancy, just something that’ll work for the next few years. Tasker to provide tiles and other materials. And also remove the existing tiles if needed. The tiling needs to be done in the kitchen and for 2 bathrooms (as shown in the images, the blue tiles and the brown floor tiles to be replaced). Ive also added an image of the floor tile we prefer.

A tile in my shower area has chipped and needs to be replaced. We will provide the tile replacement.

The waterfall side of my benchtop is developing a crack along the joint. It appears that the adhesive bond between the two pieces is failing. I suspect the waterfall panel does not have proper structural support where it attaches to the cabinet, so the weight has been carried mainly by the joint, which has led to this issue. I’m looking for someone experienced with porcelain/stone benchtops to assess and fix it properly.

Need person to install polymer splashback, described to be easy to cut and install. There are 4 cut outs required for GPO's. Panels need to be cut to size, on site, and installed. Approximately 7600 total on length (2 panels to each be cut back to fit). Likely to be 3 panels once cut. Looking to have this installed asap!
