Looking for a tiler to tile over existing floor. Need to prime, and level properly with thinset so slants towards the drain. Original tiling job was not the best which led to the discoloration. Remove and raise grate to match height.Epoxy grout to floor tiles. Time poor to do it myself. No issues with waterproof etc. This is purely a cosmetic job

If it is possible to tile over the existing skirting and cap/apply trim as opposed to pulling the existing skirting/sheeting off and having to re sheet would be good.
