Concrete floor is flat and fully prepared – no extra prep needed. Just needs tiles laid directly. Timber trims are present on the edges (see photo); just need neat tile-to-timber finish like a trim. 🚽 Toilet: Floor has also been stripped and ground. No tiles currently – ready for tiling. Toilet should be removed by you temporarily for tilling and the mount back ☕ Kitchen (Wall near coffee machine): A very small section of wall tiling remains (a few rows only). Previous tiler did a great job but couldn’t return due to business commitments. The remaining wall tiling will likely take less than 1 hour. Hi, The task involves installing a splashback that is 4.5 metres in length and 490 wide. The splashback is 600 by 300. I need it installed on the 14/10/2024 or 15/10/2024. Can also be installed after that. There is 3 PowerPoint that need to be taken out.

Support bricks. Cut bricks. Tidy brick area (brick laying). Install window. Seal and tidy. Remove any rubbish eg un- used bricks. Needs to be done once kitchen is removed before new one goes in - probably January
