Need men’s suit pants altered, we need the legs let out from the knee down as they grab on the calves. Waist was previously run in but now it’s too small so needs to be let out

Hi guys, I have 3 cushions approx 450 x 885 and 125mm thick. I have the material and need someone to professionally create cushion covers for these. I would like the tops to be wrapped with polyester lining to smooth out the curves. No zipper necessary. I have 3 cushions and material only. Need you to purchase polyester lining if possible.
