So I’ve got a 97 Subaru wrx that needs a diagnosis of its wiring - it cranks but sparks only at times. Doesnt turn over. Could be a number of things from ecu, to igniter to grounding but it doesn’t want to start for me. I need someone who can go over it and explain what is required to get it going. Day one of purchasing car, no coolant in resovoir once home. after a few drives and topped up coolant, noticed Air bubbles in coolant reservoir once at normal temp,produces white smoke, no milky oil, no coolant overboil, started to notice all these issues after driving car up steep hill, fully loaded and temp went above normal but didn't let it get to red. Deeply out of pocket, rego due in a month, any suggestions? Would just a head gasket help solve this issue? Is it something you'd take on?
