replacement 75cm gas cooktop cutout is slightly smaller than existing cut out by 10 mm either side but over hang on new gas cooktop is 17mm either side. Oven replacement is exactly the same dimensions but is electric not gas. Water tank keeps overflowing when a downpour occurs from the top of the tank once full. Have had two plumbers out but still happening. No idea on what it would cost so just put $500 for budget.

The gas pipe for my stove needs to be relocated and the stove reconnected. The stove doesn’t fit flush against the back wall because the gas pipe from the floor blocks it from being pushed into place abutting the wall. The gas pipe needs moving. The house is vacant so the work can be completed at any time and any day that suits.

I currently have an electric cooking range. A gas stove needs to be put in after removing the electric one. There is no piped gas connection in the property. So, there might be a possibility to position Gas bottle as close as possible to the kitchen and connect it to the stove. The window of the kitchen can be seen in the photos.

Assume the cable can be run under the house from switchboard to oven(about 500mm clearance at lowest point). roof access probably won’t work as there is no ceiling space directly above the new stove location (house extension). The new bench top is not fully installed but I can have the stove top in position. The oven will be installed later so if possible to have the cable run and temporarily terminated until the new oven is installed then it can be connected.

Disconnect gas stove from the kitchen and move it to another room in the house to allow for new flooring to be put in. After new flooring is installed reinstalling the gas stove.

My two gas cylinders in my yard that supply gas to my stove need to be bracketed down. It was like this when we moved in.
