The existing glazing and aluminium frame are to remain in place. The new stainless-steel surround will fit neatly over the existing frame to give it a high-end architectural finish. Task Description: Looking for someone to prepare and apply 2 coats of exterior paint/oil to a timber pool deck. I will thoroughly high-pressure the deck of all debris beforehand. The timber will be completely dry and ready. Job Details & Scope: • Total Deck Area: Around 25m² next to the swimming pool. • Required Work: Prepare (chemical deck cleaner/brightener and scrub the timber to prep it if nedded) and apply 2 coats of exterior timber coating evenly across the deck. • Materials: This is a labour-only quote. Need to get some timber fence posts stained and ready for next week. They have already been treated, just need staining and we already have bought the products, we arwjust running out of time to do the job and wanted to see if there was anyone who could quote on getting it done please?

Large deck, consisting of two areas - main alfresco and connected pool sections. Both areas require cleaning, removal of old stain and sanding. New stain & topcoat to be applied (these will be provided).

We have 3 small deck areas with spotted gum timber decks that were professionally sanded and stained 12 months ago. They said we wouldn’t need sanding again if we stained promptly at the 12 month mark. Deck staining product will be provided in new tins as we already purchased the same product that was used last year. Just need someone familiar with fully washing and then applying the appropriate number of coats of stain to the decks neatly and professionally to protect them for summer.

So I got a little too excited with the paintbrush, and stained my brand new timber bifold doors thinking that the stain would lighten as it dried, however it did not. I have since bought an excellent stain product that keeps the Timber light (see last photo for reference of the only set of bifolds that I did not ruin, which is now coated in the new light tinted stain that I purchased). I have the new stain/paint brushes, and a tin of polystrip, however as you can see in the first image, my attempts to remove the old stain have been pretty unsuccessful so far. So! I am looking for somebody who can: - remove the old stain without damaging the bifolds - lightly sand and prep - apply new light tinted stain (already purchased) Thank you!

Deck * Once the ceiling painting is finished, clean the timber deck, including removing any paint splashes and surface dirt. * Apply decking stain/oil to refresh the existing finish. * No major sanding or full deck restoration required. This is straightforward sale preparation. I can supply the paint, decking product, etc. as required. Hourly pay or good price for the complete job. I’ve put $500 as an initial budget. We have roughly 140sqm of deck that needs to be prepped, sanded and stained in Samford Valley. 25sqm of the deck needs to be sanded back to bare the rest is a light sand.
