Hardwood deck needs re- painting/staining. Not sure about sanding because of rounded nail heads . Total area approx 50 m2. I think deck at rear (30m2) is painted. At front probably stained. Rear deck is covered.

Hey! I’ve got a stainless steel sink where the seal around the edges has come off and water leaked out onto the kitchen floor. Nothing major like (piping)is broken, Should be a pretty straightforward job. but I just need someone to reseal it properly with waterproof silicone. We dog sat the wrong dog. 1 lounge room & 1 bedroom require full carpet clean, with several random spots requiring heavy duty pet urine stain removal. Seeking a professional with industrial equipment only - I've used my Vax shampooer with Urine Off a few times over and the problem isn't lifting. I've also tried Koh, baking soda/vinegar, etc....They look great at first but then seem to come back over time. Please someone who knows what they are doing come and restore the full carpet to brand new again.
