I have 4 wall‑mounted mirrors already installed in my home in Auchenflower and want to install metal trim around the outside edge to hide age marks. I’ve purchased 15 mm stainless steel adhesive trim/edge and need someone experienced with fine metal cutting work to: • Accurately measure and cut the stainless trim with clean 45° mitre corners. 8 cuts per mirror. • Lightly deburr/clean the cuts so corners close neatly • Install the trim around the existing mirrors without damaging walls, paint or glass Details: • Location: Auchenflower, QLD • Nmber of mirrors: 4 • Trim: Stainless adhesive strip supplied by me (on site) You will need: • Suitable tools to cut thin stainless steel cleanly and accurately. eg: Fine‑tooth metal‑cutting drop saw / chop saw (carbide or thin abrasive disc), with a properly set 45° mitre gauge, and a stop block so all same‑length pieces match. • Careful, detail‑oriented approach as this is a visible finish around bathroom mirrors. I have a solid timber cabinet that I'd like the external sanded and oiled or stained. I will provide the space to complete the work and the oil. I do have a sander but would prefer someone to bring their own sanding tools. I've already sanded the top and some of the doors, but the intricate details need some work.

I'm looking for an experienced painter or handyman to treat and repaint a bathroom ceiling in a short-term rental property in Main Beach on the Gold Coast. The ceiling has a water stain from a leak that originated from the unit above. The leak has been fixed and the ceiling has had over two weeks to dry out. The affected area appears structurally sound with no sagging or soft spots, so we do not need a full replacement we believe, just proper treatment and a quality repaint. Give 'light' sand to deck, porch and outside stairs then reseal deck and porch and paint stairs and include non-slip product (e.g. ultra pave topcoat grip additive). We only want a light sand. I have a 63 Manhattan berthed at Sanctuary Cove Marina. There is cream carpet in the hallway and bedrooms.
