Looking for an experienced concreter to grind, stain, and seal approximately 35sqm of existing concrete flooring in one room. Scope of work: - Grind existing concrete surface. - Apply concrete stain (colour to be discussed). - Seal with a basic satin finish. If possible, install a transition strip to neatly separate the concrete area from the adjoining carpeted section. Additional details: Indoor job. Access is straightforward. Must supply own tools and materials (unless otherwise discussed). Previous experience with decorative concrete preferred — photos of past work welcome. Need someone to secure a stainless steel handrail / queue barrier post at our restaurant entrance. It’s suddenly become unstable/wobbly. One of the floor fixings has stripped/come loose (the screw just sits in the hole and won’t tighten).

Hi, we have an outdoor table and bench that needs to be sanded back and re stained.

Need outdoor deck cleaned, lightly sanded and stained with two coats of stain (so will need two separate visits). We will provide the stain. Area is approx. 5m x 5m and a separate area alongside the pool.

Am looking to apply two coats (I have cabots deck and exterior stain ready) to a relatively new blackbutt deck. Will need a little cleaning before applying, but nothing major. I also have the specialised deck brush, deck cleaning product for use.

Small pan fire got out of control and stained the dusty ceiling. I've done some of the walls but have found doing the roof as hard and dangerous and I wanted to know a quote before buying hundreds of dollars worth of equipment that I don't have (I'm an early 20s renter).
