Move spa on 2 flatbed trolleys with two men across floorboards out to 2nd storey outside stairs for down sled transport or crane lift - note - if it ends up being a crane lift - it has to clear a power line and then drop in to reach stairs (12 metres of stairs). Delivery is to 20 Pike Street, Karrinyup. Using hiab / crane lift again with delivery over neighbours' standard height driveway fenceline to drop in situ to side yard. Attached are some pics of locations in case it helps. Spa: 2m x 1.4 m with cover. approx. empty shell weight is 250kg as it's a real wood frame.
