We need to sound proof a window (preferably from the outside) to block noises from - ducted gas heater. We have insulation batts and a sound blocking heavy rubber that can be used / attached but we are needing guidance and muscle power from somebody who has done this before. The sound proofing needs to be very good - we don’t want to hear anything from the inside.

Looking for someone to come in and remove the sound proof padding as displayed in the images. We are based in an office so would need someone to come in between the hours of 9:30am - 4:30pm, our offices shut at 5pm.

I'm converting an existing room into a podcast recording space and need help reducing external construction noise and installing fixtures. There’s ongoing construction in the land plot next to us and the goal is to dampen vibration and noise so recordings are clean and distraction-free. I've been advised that the best approach is to build a “room within a room” to reduce vibration and sound transfer. Additionally, I have purchased curtains that I'd like to hang on the side walls, but can’t mount them because the existing walls which are just acoustic plasterboard and not soundproofed and use thin TrueCore steel studs that aren’t load-bearing. Will need a light internal timber frame or another safe structure to mount into. I'm looking for someone who can help me with this soundproofing setup and ensure the space is ready for recording.
