My sofa has some water marks on it that I'd like to have removed and it needs some general refreshing too. The sofa model is Koala OG sofa bed.

We have a new 2.5m sofa that would not fit in our lift. The sofa doesn't appear to come apart. It looks it may fit through the long way - the long basement, and up the stairs to level 5.
