Pickup 245cm long, 100kg sofa at a house in Lilydale, ground floor and drop off Notting Hill apartment (first floor). Can be done evening to avoid traffic or daytime depending on your preference. Drop off location (see photo), is quiet street, your van/truck to be double parked (I will be there to show you), the road has a decline, carry sofa over gutter. Then 30 metre level ground walk through main entrace to stairs. stairs are very wide, 12 stairs, then wide landing (easy) then another 12 stairs. Then 20 metres to apartment entrance. It needs to be turned on it's side to fit through a doorway. Once again, it's very heavy due to well-built reclining mechanisms, 100kg likey weight so requires two STRONG men (I am a weak man, hahaha). If you have two trolleys or some way to move sofa instead of carrying, it would make your job easier. - Due date: Before Saturday, 6 January 2024
