We're looking to have 4 of our light circuits updated to include a dimming function. The globes in all our rooms appear to be the same as the ones in our living room which already dim, and I assume the transformers are compatible too, but this may need to be validated on arrival. Please quote assuming we have the right infrastructure in place and that this is just adding a dining function without new globes or transformers - and a second price via message if this needs new globes and transformers. We have 9 wall sockets not working in Kitchen and surrounding, which all connects to one breaker on the switchboard. Changed the circuit breaker, and 4 wall sockets that were looking like could be problematic but no improvement. Initial warning before those wall sockets fully stopped working, when we start 2-3 items it was dimming the lights that were connected to that socket. Hi there, I am currently doing some home renovations and need a licensed electrician to update the connections for 5 existing LED wall lights. Current situation: There are 5 old LED wall lights (70mm cut-out). Their LED drivers are currently hardwired into the mains behind the plasterboard. What I need you to do: • Remove and safely disconnect the 5 old hardwired LED drivers. • Supply and install 5 standard surface sockets (plug bases, e.g., Clipsal 413 or similar) at these existing points. • Push the new sockets back into the wall/ceiling cavity safely. Important details: • No new wiring or cutting new holes is required. The 70mm holes and the wiring are already there. • I will supply and plug in the new downlights myself once the sockets are ready. You only need to supply and install the 5 surface sockets. • You must be a fully Licensed Electrician and be able to provide a Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) upon completion. Please let me know your availability and your quote for the complete job (including the supply of the 5 sockets). Flexible with dates but prefer to get it done soon. Thanks!
