Screw in 3 light switches 1 power point 1 light

Looking for a licensed electrician to install three pendant lights in a single-storey home in Coburg/Brunswick. Scope of works: * Bedroom 1: Remove the existing ceiling light and install a new pendant light in a different ceiling location (wiring to be relocated). * Bedroom 2: Remove the existing ceiling fan/light and install a pendant light in its place. * Kitchen: Install a new pendant light in a new location where there is currently no light fitting (new wiring required). Additional information: * All three lights are to be installed on dimmer switches (existing switches are standard switches and will need to be replaced). * Single-storey house with good roof access above all three locations. * Plasterboard ceilings. * Pendant lights have not yet been purchased, so the installation will take place once fittings have been selected. * Please remove and dispose of the existing light fitting and ceiling fan. * All work to be tested and completed by a licensed electrician. To replace 4 Double Power Points, as they have stopped working. I can provide the replacement parts, and the task is only for labour cost.

I need an electrician to help me fix three wall sockets in my house: - first one has two outlets and the socket is slightly loose from the wall. It seems to trip the safety switch every time I plug in my dehumidifier. Need that fixed so that I could plug in my dehumidifier without tripping the safety switch. - second one also had two outlets, one is working fine.
