On 23/12, Samsung fridge/freezer started making a loud noise and then when it was opened, the noise would stop and there was like a fan/motor loudly winding down. I found out it could be the evaporator fan, so I turned off the fridge for a day to defrost the back panels. It was working fine (no noise) for 10 days, till tonight (4/1/24). I just want it assessed to see if it's worth fixing it or if I'm better off getting a new fridge. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 5 January 2024

Hi, Our Samsung fridge is making a loud fan noise (hitting something). Samsun advised this was when a certain component inside gets to frosted and the fan rubs against it. We just want it fixed so we can sleep at night :) I’ve included a picture of the model number.
