1)The shutter stuck with an object while closing. Now the motor is working but the shutter does not go up or down. This is operated by a electric touch on switch. 2)A knob type electric window shutter does not move up or down but the switch runs. 3) 2 window shutters are not working with the remote but can operate from the touch switches on the wall.
