I would like my house painted. The base coat is complete. We have 6 columns in the carport photo that go to the front of the carport needing painting all the way round and an air conditioning motor and hot water system next to the walls. Please include the wood on the front porch and under the carport. I will get a better photo of the wood under the carport but the one I have attached has part of the wooden slats on the roof. We also have colourbond sheets covering the front porch and the carport. Please let me know if you can spray these at an additional cost which we can discuss later, if not that's ok too. After the 1st coat we will see if it needs a 2nd coat so please quote for only 1 coat of paint We are looking to start the painting sometime in September... weather permitting, but we are very flexible.

Need render repaired as per photo attached please. One straight crack line from top to bottom.

External paint on the render had failed. Needs re painting ( the light grey section which includes the porch walls)

Tiles were removed from the wall on right side, which was then rendered to even out the surface and waterproofed for tiling. Surface is not flush with original wall and needs to be ground down and smoothed out as we are not tiling that side any more.
