I need the front of my house rendered with stucco. Rough texture look

Repair needed to a rendered brick wall and a step. Wall is approx 4 m long and 97cm high. Step damage shown in photos.

I have external brick (sand based) render that is about 12 years old coming away from my garage front facing brickwork . Had the painters ready to paint external - upon prepping the surface the render started to come away - have scraped away the obvious loose sections - possible about 1-2 square meters total render across the area above my garage door. Need done asap so painters can come back and finish.
