Touching up fecade rendering, pf a new building

Need to cut a small layer (about 1cm) of existing render below the sliding glass doors (2 balconies) and tile the part, and cut a small part of the tiles of the step and retile. A tiler/renderer can do the job. See photos.

I damaged render when staining the deck, I tried to paint the render but used the wrong colour, causing colour difference which to me is uncomfortable. I recently found the exact colour used from my building contract. 1.
