Existing grout on tiles has faded. Require new grout to be installed (maintaining existing tiles). You will prepare the surface and lay new grout between existing tiles and supply all necessary materials and tools. Area is approximately 3.7x3.3 (x2) See photos of bathroom and kitchen - only floor tiles need be grouted.

I only have a single replacement tile (and not possible to get any others - I’ve tried). Looking for a professional tiler that can replace a cracked tile on my porch, replace a small cracked cutout tile (next to the main cracked tile), regrout the 2 tile sections and regrout the retaining section which has had the grout come off.
